DOOM 3: VR Edition Nominated for VR Game of the Year

The VR game project of a lifetime just got that much sweeter. DOOM 3: VR Edition is officially a finalist for VR Game of the Year!

Hosted annually by the AIXR, the VR Awards recognize the best and brightest teams and projects in virtual reality. Our last visit to the Awards was in 2019 with a nomination for FREEDIVER: Triton Down, and we're excited to return with our most recent release, DOOM 3: VR Edition on PlayStation VR!



This classic action/horror title is going head to head with some pretty incredible entries, including Star Wars: Squadrons, Demeo, and Gnomes & Goblins. Check out the full list of finalists here.


We want to say a huge thank you to the talented teams at Bethesda Softworks and id Software. Without their incredible vision, collaboration, and support, this game simply would not exist, and we are eternally grateful to have had the chance to work on DOOM with them.


The winners will be announced during the live virtual Ceremonies, taking place on November 18th. We hope to see you there!
