commitment to edi

Archiact is a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company; from our community to our games, we are committed to respecting the rights and self-determination of all people. Our goal is simple: we seek to build a diverse team, and to nurture a safe, inclusive work environment where our teammates - especially those who are marginalized - can thrive.

At Archiact, equity, diversity, and inclusion is more than a statement; it is a core value which we continually strive to uphold through our words and our actions. We do not see that commitment as a milestone to be passed, but as a constant, ever-evolving process to be actively pursued, reviewed, and improved upon.

commitment to the trc 92nd call to action

Archiact exists on the unceded territories of the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™yÌ“É™m, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and SelÌ“ílÌ“witulh Nations. We are grateful to live, work, create, and play on the traditional lands and waters of these Nations, yet acknowledge that we are uninvited guests benefiting from a history of violent colonization.

As long as we remain on these territories, we commit to upholding the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™yÌ“É™m values of Respect, Pride, Inclusiveness, Honour, and Shared Responsibility; the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh values of Rich Artistry and Resilience; and the SelÌ“ílÌ“witulh values of Balance, Generosity, Trust, and Decisive Action.

Many members of our team work remotely from across Canada and the US.In addition to the Coast Salish peoples, they acknowledge the Nations of Snuneymuxw, K’ómoks, Suquamish, Duwamish, Kanien’kehá:ka, Mississaugas of the Credit, Anishnabeg, Chippewas of the ThamesHaudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat.
