Games PRIVACY POLICY
1. Statement
1.1. We at Archiact Interactive Ltd. (“Archiact”) are committed to protecting the privacy of our players and their data. This policy describes the collection, storage, use, and process for removal of information, including personal information, from users of Archiact’s video games.

1.2. This policy does not form part of any contract of employment and may be amended without notice at any time. In the event of significant amendments, users may be required to review and reissue consent to the policy to ensure compliance.

2. Scope
2.1. This policy covers all individuals who own or use one or more video games developed or published by Archiact (the “Users”), including Journey to Foundation, FREEDIVER: Triton Down, FREEDIVER: Triton Down Extended Cut, Evasion, Waddle Home, Waddle Home AR, Lamper VR: Firefly Rescue, Deep Space Battle: Orion, Hidden Fortune, Forgotten Chamber, Blasters of the Universe on PlayStation VR, The Pierhead Arcade on PlayStation VR, or Darknet on PlayStation VR (the “Games”.)
2.2. Archiact is not responsible for the actions of third parties, the content of their sites, the use of information Users provide to them, or any products or services they may offer.
2.3. By using the Games, Users agree to this policy and to the usage of their information as described. In the event the User does not agree with the policy, they should not use the Games.
3. Information Collection and Storage

3.1. Archiact may, at various times and within the scope of the law, collect, store, and use Information, including personal information, from Users as described in this policy.

3.2. “Personal Information” is defined as any information about an identifiable individual, and may include name, mailing address, email address, username, phone number, government identification numbers, cookie ID, internet protocol address, location data, Games performance, Games playtime, Games scores, Games locations visited, and the usage of other various Games features.
4. Information Use
4.1. All information collected is anonymised where possible and is not intended to disclose User identity.

4.2. Archiact may use the information collected to analyse sales and application performance of the Games, distribute relevant and requested information regarding the Games or services provided by Archiact, respond to comments and questions, operate and improve the Games, and inform decisions regarding Archiact’s Games, services, products, and business development.

4.3. Archiact may disclose relevant information to third parties in accordance with this policy, including contractors, service providers, hardware manufacturers and platform hosts, for the purpose of technical support.

4.4. Archiact does not sell collected information.

5. Third Party Information Collection, Storage, and Use
5.1. Due to the distribution methods by which Archiact provides our Games to the User, information may be automatically collected, stored, and used by various third parties, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Sony Interactive Entertainment, HTC Corporation, The Samsung Group, and other various hardware manufacturers or platform hosts.
5.2. This information may be automatically provided to Archiact by the third parties, is not permanently stored by Archiact, and may be used in accordance with this policy.
5.3. For further information on the collection, storage, and use of User information by various third parties, Users are directed to review the privacy and data use policies of said third parties and reach out via appropriate contact channels with any questions, comments, or concerns.
6. Customer Service
6.1. When providing customer service to Users of the Games, Archiact may collect information such as name, email address, hardware specifications, and various game analytics.
6.2. Information collected for the purpose of customer service is used to assist the User with various Games issues, and may include troubleshooting, running diagnostics, and the sharing of said information with relevant third parties such as hardware manufacturers or platform hosts.
7. Information Access and Removal
7.1. Users who wish to be given access to, or request the removal of, their information collected by Archiact may make said request in writing to support@archiactvr.com.
7.2. Archiact will make best efforts to provide access to Users’ personally identifiable information (to the extent we are in possession of any) should a request be made in good faith. We reserve the right to deny access to personally identifiable information in the case that granting access is prohibited by law, may result in privacy breach of other Users, or is cost prohibitive.

7.3. Users who wish to be given access to, or request the removal of, their information collected by third parties are directed to review the privacy and data use policies of said third parties and follow instructions for information removal/deletion as described therein.

7.4. In the event that the guardian of a child under the age of 13 becomes aware that their child has provided information to Archiact without the guardian’s approval, they are directed to contact us in writing via support@archiactvr.com.
8. Information of Children
8.1. The Games are not intended to be used by individuals under the age of 13 at the time of use.
8.2. Archiact does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
8.3. In the event that the guardian of a child under the age of 13 becomes aware that their child has provided information to Archiact without the guardian’s approval, they are directed to contact us in writing via support@archiactvr.com.
