Contest Rules
Contest sponsored and administered by Archiact (“ADMINISTRATOR.”) Contest begins on Friday, February 15th, 2019 at 4pm PT and ends on Sunday, February 17th, 2019 at 6pm PT. (“CONTEST PERIOD.”) By entering the Contest, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States of America who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Administrator and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible for entry.
ENTERING THE CONTEST
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Entrants are required to have at least one (1) score on at least one (1) leaderboard in the virtual reality game Evasion, on PlayStationVR, Oculus, or Steam (“GAMING PLATFORMS”) with any headset type.
WINNING THE CONTEST
Winners must possess the highest numerical score across all leaderboards of their respective Gaming Platform on February 17th, 2019 at 6pm PT. There will be three Winners in total. A complete list of Winners will be announced on Twitter and Facebook on Monday, February 18th, 2019, and contacted through direct messaging on their respective Gaming Platform, and/or Twitter. Should a Winner not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of initial the contact attempt, any and all Prizes are forfeit and may then be offered to the contestant with the next-highest score, at the Administrator’s discretion. All Prizes are digital, and will be delivered via online communication once a winner is verified.

PRIZES
Winners will receive a combination of two of the items (“Prizes”) listed below, as related to their respective Gaming Platform. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. By accepting the Prize, the Winner accepts that they have read and understood these official rules and regulations. The Winners releases the Administrator and such other parties as named by the Administrator from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the Winner’s participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize.
